1. Globologo (hereinafter "the Company") takes data protection, and in particular the confidential and responsible use of users' personal data, very seriously. With this declaration, the Company intends to inform you about data storage and usage procedures. With this declaration, you grant the Company your consent to collect, process and use your personal data below for the purposes described hereby. 2. The Company shall collect, process and use your personal data solely in accordance with the applicable data protection law.

3. In principle, you may use the online offer without disclosing your identity. By accessing the website, however, the Company's servers shall store data for security purposes including the name of your Internet service provider, your IP address, browser type, operating system used, referrer URL and time information about your visit. While these data could possibly lead to your identification, the Company shall make no personal use whatsoever in this respect.

12. Users may delete their data by clicking on the "Delete my account" button in their account. Users may also submit data deletion requests by e-mail to support@globologo.com, stating when their user ID was last used.

13. The Company notes that, when users voluntarily disclose or publish personal information and data to third parties, e.g., via e-mail, this information may be collected and used by others. It cannot be therefore excluded that the user shall receive, for example, unwanted messages from third parties when sharing personal information and data in public access areas. Users are hereby encouraged to act responsibly at all times concerning their data, and to observe the confidentiality of their password and other personal information.
